• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or content that violates anyone's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or the underlying infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse rate limits.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the files you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit your content solely as necessary to operate the Service.

You are solely responsible for the legality of the content you upload and for who you share manage/share links with.

5. Account & Security

If the Service offers accounts, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Removal & Suspension

We may remove content or suspend access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers (hosting, email, analytics, advertising). Their availability is outside our control, and their terms apply to their portions of the experience.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service software, design, branding, and content (excluding user content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.
