Yes. Each upload generates two unique tokenized links — a public share link for clients and a private manage link only for you. Files are not indexed or listed publicly, and no one can find your proposal without the link.

Allowed types: pdf,doc,docx. Each file can be up to 10 MB. PDFs preview inline; other formats are downloadable from the share page.

Your manage page shows total views, unique visitors, view timestamps, device and browser breakdown, geographic info, and every reply your clients leave — all in real time.

Yes. From your private manage page you can update the title, description, replace the file, pause sharing, or delete the proposal entirely — the share link stays the same.

If you provided your email at upload, use Find My Proposals to recover all your manage links via email verification. If no email was used, the link cannot be recovered — keep it saved somewhere safe.
